Creature Boss design for a personal project of mine trying to introduce a more darker Tokusatsu/Sentai show. I was very inspired by Keita Amemiya of Garo and Onimusha fame. And yes its very videogamey aspects with the weak spots but hey, maybe played too much Dead Space and RE5.

I love it O.O When I saw it, all I could think was "HOlY CLAW BATMAN!" He looks like he could do some serious damage with that thing ^.^

Looks like some sort of mutated space pirate. This should totally be in the next Metroid game.

Ohhhhh, now that claw would go for some serious bucks on the seafood market! Now you got me wanting crab!! :o Well, this is really wonderfully realized and very detailed all throughout the entire piece! I particularly like the spiked legs and the general design of this guy is just plain wicked! Excellent concept and art and congratulations on the DD!
